The fans remain quiet, even when cpu is past 100c and maximum speed for fans is set ion gaming hub, fans are quiet , it would be nice but cpu is thermal throttlin and makes it unusable I can acquire the correct replacements. While on they operate they work just fine, automatically adjusting to the temperature appropriately, but they will sometimes just shut off.

My hp omen max 16 gaming laptop seems to always have the fans spinning at around 1900 rpm, even when it's in low power mode or when i disable the nvidia gpu.
I've seen other posts from people with similar issues but.
They are always active or almost. I have a hp victus 16 s0004ns, i have had a big problem for a long time. The fans on my oem hp rtx 3060 ti are noisy. It just says 0 rpm in omen gaming hub when this happens.
The fans keep randomly turning off, and i can't find a solution. (it doesnt matter if they on manual btw) while im. Fans are not working… constant heating issue. My fans have a mind of their own as to when they are on.
