How can i view telegram channels on the web?

I'm not using the telegram application for pc.

Whenever i click play on any telegram video it says app was unable to play this video try to play it with external player or video starts playin bu preview picture starts flashing. Hold press on videos and copy them. Can it be done or do i need to find some alternative? Whenever i click on preview channel it starts to load the channel then goes back to the page i was on with the preview.
