Let’s get weird but not too weird cause you will get. When i google myself i can't find it. I did not like how the nifskope models distorted the heads and felt the lighting was abysmal and made. How publicly available or easy to access is going to vary greatly.
It may be available from the arresting agency, even though it may not be published online. Mugshots if taken during an arrest are probably almost always public record in most jurisdictions. The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc. A place for photographs, pictures, and other images.
