Has anyone used landwatch to buy their homestead? I learned that many counties across the nation have tax sales/auctions. It is high desert at 4,000 feet so the winters and summers are not terrible. If you're looking for 100's of acres then landwatch.
I've been on the search for a small piece of land. Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each. Are there any other websites like landwatch? I would caution that i've also seen more than.
