Thought i’d look at craigslist to see about landlords privately renting apartments / homes. I was wondering if anyone knows about some local apps/ sites to sell things on like an online garage sale/ yard sale that are similar to craigslist. Welcome to the craigslist community subreddit.

Congress had just passed the fight online sex. Craigslist had gotten practically useless with all the people spamming a bunch of car names for junk car ads. Craigslist is totally controlled by trolls since it's founders insist on user moderation, known trolls who are or have been institutionalized run the site. Admitted pedophiles can not be flagged. I actually found my current job (data analyst) through craigslist. Hopefully it'll eliminate that issue. Craigslist is descent but i'd like to.
Additionally, craigslist took a hit in 2018 when they decided to shut down the personals sections of their us sites.
